Dirken D. Winkler is the founder of Winkler Legal, LLC. With over 22 years of legal experience, Dirk’s legal career has revolved around legal issues affecting individuals and families. Dirk is passionate about making a positive difference for every client. Whether it is creating an estate plan that provides care for a loved one with special needs, or a family struggling to arrange and pay for long-term care for an aging parent, Dirk will never stop until he finds the solution to a problem.
Dirk is married to his wife Lora and they are raising three wonderful children. In his spare time, Dirk likes to exercise, fly fish, play golf and watch the Buckeyes. Getting out and staying active is one way he clears his mind and focuses on what is important. Dirk believes that it is the responsibility of every employee to provide our clients with exceptional legal services, coupled with compassion and understanding.
